Accessibility
Our private building has two apartments, which have stairs and no elevator. Grand Master Apartment 1 is located on the first floor which is a 15-step walk-up. Grand Terrace Apartment 2 is located on the second and third floors, however only the yoga studio/fireplace room and the terrace are located on the third floor.
Room cleaning
We pride ourselves on organising clean and orderly apartments. Cleanliness and safety are extremely important to us. As "Superhost" we make sure that our apartments are orderly and sanitized. Our luxury beds and fluffy towels are incredibly welcoming after traveling great distances. Extra clean towels and change of sheets are available during your stay upon request, and supplemental fees may apply.
We appreciate the guest who will take good care of all the appliances, indoor and outdoor.
Check-in & Check-out
We kindly ask that you let us know what time you will be arriving to Venice and departing as we need to preparate for your check-in.
Our check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in and check-out may be available upon request and supplemental fees may be required. We have space for you to store your suitcases before check-in or after check-out.
Luggage store
Luggage can be dropped off in the entry on the same day before check-in or left in the entry on the same day of check-out. No problem leaving your bags so you can enjoy the full day in Venice without dragging your baggage with you.
Registration
Passport images are required in advance for all guests, in order to be registered with the local authorities and receive your keyless code for easy self check-in.
Key-less code
We have the most recent keyless technology to enter the building and the apartments.
A few days before arrival, you will receive your private code for easy self check-in.
Non-smoking policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. If not attended, a cleaning fee of 200 euros per day will be applied.
Deposit
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival, a fee of 100% of the first night is required. In case of cancellation made after this deadline or a
no-show, 100% of the cost of the full stay will be charged.
Hospitality
Upon arrival, as our gift, our guests will find some gourmet coffee, tea, fresh fruit, milk, yogurt, and Italian biscuits as well as a chilled bottle of prosecco in their kitchen to enjoy during the stay.
Rates
Pricing varies throughout the year depending on the timing of particular cultural events in the city and seasonal and holiday demand.
Long-term stays are available upon request with a special discount provided.
Rental of the townhouse (Apartment 1 and 2) is available for guests who would like a larger accommodation for extended family and friends. Special discounts may apply.
Returning guests can receive a special discount providing us with the dates of your latest stay. Drop us a line.
Grand Terrace Apartment 2 has a gas fireplace and that may be available for use for a supplemental fee of 50 € per day. Use instructions will be provided in person.
A Weber Barbecue is available for use on the terrace for a supplemental fee of 50 € per day. Use instructions will be provided in person.
